As a member of the WeeklyScavenger.com website, you are required to familiarize yourself and agree to our Rules, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend you read all of our rules on a regular basis to avoid confusion in the future.



1. Sharing Answers

It is prohibited to share the week’s answer with anyone. Do not share answers. If you are found to be sharing answers with anyone, you will give up your privilege to win for a determined period depending on the severity. After the week has elapsed, you are welcome to share answers with anyone, however, the correct answer will already be on the post. When you tell people the answers to the hunt, you decrease your chance of winning and everyone because the amount of people in the raffle is increased. It is just a bad idea to share answers.



2. Raffle Rules

There needs to be a minimum of 15 participants to hold the raffle for that week. If there are not 15 participants, the following happens:

* The first correct answer receives $5 and no more.

* Every other answer receives $1

* Referrals receive a bonus $1

If there are more than 15 people, the raffle continues as normal with normal prizes. (See Number 3 For Prizes) Raffles winners are decided through the first answer in our database and our random integer program. Every correct answer is given an integer based on the order in which you submit your answer. Then, the random integer program randomly chooses one integer. The person that matches up with that number is the winner. If a friend referred the person, the friend receives extra money as well. (See Number 3 for Prizes)



3. Prizes

Prizes for a normal raffle drawing, (See Number 2 For A Modified Drawing) are as follows:

* $5 For The First Correct Answer.

* $1 for 5 Randomly Picked Correct Answers.

* $1 for Each Referrer of the Winners

Be wary of changes. These are the normal prizes; however, they are subject to change. If a company chooses to sponsor one week’s scavenger hunt the prizes may change. It will always be stated if the prizes are normal or changed.



4. Receiving Your Prize

If you are within the United States, you have two options of payment: Check or PayPal. If you win anything, we will contact you on your choice of payment. If you choose to have your winnings mailed by check, please tell us and make sure your name and address is correct. For PayPal, please provide us your PayPal account address and we will electronically send you your money. We recommend PayPal because it is faster and more efficient. However, the choice is yours.

If you are an international user, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible to recieve any of our prizes or giveaways due to shipping costs and other factors. We are very sorry.



5. Referrals and Multiple Accounts

Although we highly encourage you to tell your friends, we do not want cheating on our website. It is prohibited to have multiple accounts referred from each other and submit multiple answers from the accounts. This is deemed cheating because it unfairly increases your chances of winning. IF you are caught doing any of these actions all of your accounts will be deleted except for one, which will then lose its privilege of winning for a determined period of time.



6. Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for the content on the third-party websites we direct you to. As much as we try, we are not sure when the content/media will be updated on these websites. However ,we will promise you that you will never need to sign-up, register, or give personal information on these websites. Although it may be beneficiary for you to do so, we will never require it. Eventually, companies will start to sponsor the scavenger hunts in steps or the full scavenger. When this occurs, we will tell you. At that point, we highly encourage you to browse the websites and sign-up. But, again, it will never be required of you to sign-up anywhere. we will alert you if the websites are sponsored or not.



7. Safety and Permission

Be Safe! Never give anyone your password, username or personal information. We will never ask you for this information, (because we already know it,) and therefore you should not tell it to anyone. Your sensitive information will never be sold to anyone. For more information, please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your safety is our utmost concern. The only emails you will receive from us our at support@weeklyscavenger.com . All other emails are fake. If you have any questions, concerns or doubts, do not guess! Just email us at support@weeklyscavenger.com.

In addition, by accepting your prize money, you agree to take it upon yourself to pay any taxes that may apply to that money. You also agree to have your username placed into our “Recent Winners” box if you do win. If you are uncomfortable with this, we do have an option to remain anonymous.

Finally, please make sure you have your parents permission if you are under the age of 18 to participate.
